Modularly constructed plans for the setting up of closed function and material cycles for the reclamation of secondary raw material from organic waste/residual material of private households, trade, industry, agriculture/forestry, etc.

Used process engineering and plant technology

Fully automatically controlled microbiological process lines with fermentation = production of biogas (metan)  - aerobic digestion and after digestion for the production of high quality bio and humus substrates and earth.

At the end of process line: Aerobic digestion: Effective bio-filter system for adsorption und absorption as well as decomposition and conversion of organic noxios material in plant exhaust air with an efficiency of more than 90%

Plant Capacity (by input)

From approx. 1 t/a up to 300.000 t/a as single combination plants for fermentation and/or aerobic digestion
